All commissions can be ordered through:

You send: Order & Payment & Reference > I send: Sketch Check In/ Colors Check In > Final Check (minor changes only)✧REFERENCES✧
• Please send link or images of references (character, pose, expression, inspiration .etc)
• Brief personality of characters/character dynamics/prompts
• Important details or notes you want to make CERTAIN are included (birthmarks, scars that can be easily missed out, specific accessories etc)
• If you have extremely meticulous details and accessories in your references, they will likely be simplified to suit my visual style.✧PROGRESS✧

✧Terms of Service✧

✧Upon reading my ToS I assume that the person ordering commissions are of an age where they fully understand, comprehend, and can fill out all information including payment information. If someone ordering is underage or are using funds that are not theirs that does not fall onto me and I am not responsible for issuing refunds or for dealing with the anger of a legal guardian/family member/friend/etc.✧✧PAYMENT✧
• Request can be made through Vgen.
• Payment up front.
• No refunds (unless I can't complete your commission).
• A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of $100 applies if you request that I do not post your commission publicly or use it as part of my Portfolio
• If you wish to buy Commercial Use After a commission, the prices will be:
Streamer CU ($25) and Merchandise CU ($60)+ You will receive the digital .png 300 dpi file +✧REFUNDS✧
• I may cancel and refund a commission at any time.
• Once payment is received, refunds are not available.
• Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.
FILING A CHARGEBACK WILL:
• Forfeit your rights to use the artwork.
• Place you on a public blacklist (with evidence).
• Alow me to resell or reuse the artwork as I see fit.
• Formal complaint against you.

✧ARTWORK✧
✧ Please keep in mind that my art is constantly evolving, so there might be slight differences between the examples and the illustration you will receive. You’re allowed to change your character before I start your commission. However, if you've already paid and your new character is more detailed, I’m allowed to ask you to pay for the extra details.
• I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.
• Communication is important. If I do not receive a response within 1 week, I will proceed and deliver the artwork as is.

✧DEADLINES AND DELIVERY✧
• Commission time may lengthen depending on complexity, queue, health or personal matters.
• I will keep you updated if delays occur.
• If you wish to skip the queue and be Priority, the fee will be $20.
You will have to Directly Message me or state in the request forms that you wish for a Rush Fee.

✧PROPER USE/ INTELLECTUAL RIGHTS✧
✧ As the artist of the commissioned piece, I retain all rights to the commissioned artwork.
You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.
I reserve the right to use it personally:
- Post the artwork on my social media
- Use the artwork for my portfolio
- Use it as an example for commissions
- Create prints/merchandise (fanarts only)
! if you wish to keep your commissioned work in private and not be uploaded, please inform me✧ As a commissioner, you may:
- use the artwork for personal purposes
- post it on social media with credit to me @ankoarti
- print it (as long as you do not sell it)
• You may not:
- remove my watermark
- modify the artwork
- claim it as yours
- profit off of my art by selling and producing products with my art on it (unless commercial use was paid for)
- !use my art to train/change it with ai! No minting as NFT!

• Breaking the rules may result in a permanent public blacklist.
• The blacklist may be shared with other artists.
